Viktoriya Tigipko is the Founder and Managing Partner of TA Ventures.

As a serial entrepreneur, Viktoriya has built and scaled a number of early digital platforms across Europe. Her legacy business interests are diversified across financial services, industrial machinery distribution, construction, and real estate.

Viktoriya is also the founder of the Odesa International Film Festival, IDCEE, and Code Club Ukraine. Additionally, Viktoriya chairs the Board of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, a government-backed initiative supporting Ukrainian startups.

Viktoriya holds an M.S. degree from Kyiv National Economics University / Vienna University of Economics and Business, and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Oleg is a Partner at TA Ventures based in Los Angeles. Oleg focuses on deal sourcing in the US, West Coast and Ukraine with a core interest in Consumer Tech and provides added value to the portfolio companies.

Oleg has more than 6 years of experience in Startups and Venture-building (co-founded Concepter HQ – an accelerator and venture builder in Consumer Tech).

Oleg obtained Master's degrees in Computer Science from the Donetsk National Technical University and the University of Portsmouth.

Stepan is a Partner at TA Ventures based in the Netherlands. Stepan focuses on deal sourcing in the Benelux, Nordics, UK, and US markets. Additionally, Stepan is involved in LP (fund) investments.

Stepan has more than 6 years of experience in Venture Capital and Private Equity and was previously an Investment Manager in the Private Equity team at PGGM, a Dutch asset manager with c. EUR 230bn AUM, where he focused on Technology and Growth-stage investments.

Stepan obtained a Master's degree in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Richard is a Partner at TA Ventures based in Southeast Asia, he is adept at identifying promising ventures in emerging markets, with a particular emphasis on consumer technology and marketplaces.

With over five years of experience in startups and venture capital, Richard has a rich background on the creator and media side and is a two-time founder. His expertise in media and technology has led him to become an Angel Investor in over 70 companies worldwide. Richard's specialty lies in guiding founders with go-to-market and marketing strategies.

Possessing a robust global network and being a true global citizen, Richard's primary focus is on nurturing and leading TA Ventures' efforts in early-stage deals across burgeoning markets like Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa.

Colin McSwiggen is a Venture Partner at TA Ventures and a Visiting Assistant Professor at New York University’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. He is particularly interested in DeepTech, FinTech, artificial intelligence, and technologies that advance scientific research. His own academic research focuses on probability, mathematical physics, and machine learning theory.

Prior to his academic career, Colin was an Associate at the Boston-based quantitative investment firm PhaseCapital LP, where his roles included both engineering and strategy research. He is also a co-founder of Point Source Youth, a leading nonprofit working to ensure housing security for young people across the United States.

Colin holds bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and physics from MIT, a master’s degree in engineering from Imperial College London, and a PhD in applied mathematics from Brown University. He has studied or held appointments at numerous other universities including Cambridge University, Sorbonne University, and the University of Tokyo.

Igor Buchatskiy is a Venture Partner at TA Ventures. Igor has a vast international background in farming and food production. He ran large farming companies in all the major sectors of agriculture – animal husbandry, row crops and sugar production - and worked as a consultant specializing in Strategy, Operational Improvement and Digital Innovation for McKinsey & Co in Brazil and for Bain & Company in CIS. Igor has also co-founded an FMCG company that today is the leading producer of hummus in Ukraine with over 60% market share.

Igor has over fifteen years of international business development, agricultural and entrepreneurial experience, is passionate about agriculture and food, and always goes an extra mile in order to help entrepreneurs build great companies. He is an active mentor to the startups at the Techstars Farm2Fork program sponsored by Cargill and Ecolab and at the Impulse Accelerator sponsored by OCP.

Igor received an MBA from the Booth Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago.

Borys is a CFO at TA Ventures, responsible for the full financial management of the Fund. He is a graduate of the Ukrainian Academy of the National Bank of Ukraine, a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (UK) and a Certified Public Accountant (Ukraine).

Before joining TA Ventures, Borys obtained experience in financial management, analysis, accounting, reporting and auditing at a "big 4" company.

Sviatoslav is the General Counsel at TA Ventures, where he is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the Fund. He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in international law from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Sviatoslav is also a qualified attorney-at-law admitted to the bar in Ukraine.

Before joining TA Ventures, Sviatoslav advised clients on various legal matters, including Corporate and M&A, Antitrust & Competition, Banking & Finance, DR, Employment, and IP matters while working at several leading Ukrainian law firms.
