TA Ventures and ICLUB Supported Berry Street in a Series B Round

February 7, 2025

TA Ventures, one of the earliest supporters of the Berry Street startup at its early stage, participated in the Series B funding round. Together with the angel syndicate ICLUB, TA Ventures invested $4 million in the company’s growth. In total, Berry Street, which specializes in next-generation dietary solutions, raised $50 million. Other investors in the round included Northzone, Sofina, and FJ Labs.

Berry Street is expanding access to nutritional therapy for 200 million American patients who have insurance coverage for such services but have not previously had the opportunity to utilize them. Due to the rapid increase in demand for personalized dietary programs, the startup has strengthened its market position and attracted the attention of leading investors. In 2024, over 110,000 dietitian consultations were covered by insurance companies, allowing end users to receive services at no additional cost.

For TA Ventures and ICLUB, this investment marks a continuation of their support for Berry Street – the fund was among the first to believe in the company back in its seed round. Investors’ expectations have been met: in 2024, Berry Street’s business grew eightfold. “We are excited to see how Berry Street is transforming the field of nutrition and dietary care, and we are confident that their approach will have a global impact,” commented Viktoriya Tigipko, founding and managing partner at TA Ventures and ICLUB.

The newly raised funds will be directed towards team expansion, technological development, and entry into new markets.
