New investment in DTC space

We are glad to announce our new investment in the DTC space: please meet DAE  – a female-founded clean desert-inspired haircare brand.

DAE believes haircare doesn’t have to be complicated and aims to make a line that is simple and effective. The brand was founded by influencer Amber Fillerup Clark, who wanted to share the little things that she loved about coming home to Arizona. DAE products are inspired by the many things that make Arizona special. DAE is inspired by the sun’s daily rhythm. Dawn, Afternoon, and Evening are three periods of the day where the sun rises, shines bright, and sets. These moments happen daily and are so beautiful to witness – when we take the time to appreciate them.

DAE currently offers 5 main SKUs: Shampoo, Conditioner, Deep Conditioner Treatment, Prickly Pear Hair Oil, and recently launched, Cactus-Flower Leave-in Conditioner with more products in the pipeline, including Monsoon Moisture Mask, and limited edition hair and body sprays.

DAE has raised a $2.6M seed round lead by Willow Growth Partners. Special thanks to Deborah Benton and Amanda Schutzbank for connecting us with the team. This is the first capital increase and will be used to develop the workforce, construct out stock and for sampling and advertising and marketing, in accordance with Clark.
